starting a new park and looking for some info help .... anybody

just looking for some help.  starting a new park.  have found land but no clue in what direction to go from here.  Ex. insurance, rules, track designer etc. hoping someone here can help me a little and steer me in the right direction .... thanks

i assume everywhere is different but i know you need to have 2 EMTs on the track when open and have everyone sign a waiver. other than that just see what people are wanting in one.
